I hope you are fine and you had a good day. ;)
Todays task will be quite a challenge for some of you but if you stick to it, it will become easier day by day.
I want you to look at yourself in the mirror and smile while doing that. Do that for appr.1 minute.
I'm pretty sure you will feel better after that exercise. ;) If not: Try again.

Ich hoffe es geht Euch gut und Ihr hattet einen erfolgreichen Tag.
Die heutige Aufgabe wird vielleicht eine Herausforderung sein, aber wenn ihr dran bleibt wird es von Mal zu Mal einfacher.
Stellt Euch vor den Spiegel und lächelt euch circa 1 Minute lang an.
Ich bin mir sicher, dass es Euch danach besser geht, als zuvor. ;) Wenn nicht: versucht es noch einmal.
